Welcome to my live yoga studio where I livestream 4 yoga classes per month from my home studio in the Glass House Mountains!

Perfect if you are remote, or prefer to practise in the comfort of your own home.  You can even take your practise outside.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • All classes are live-streamed via Zoom.

  • You will need to book ahead for the class you wish to attend. Booking closes 10mins prior to scheduled start time.

  • Zoom link will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email, as well as one hour before class starts.

  • I recommend that you get ready and sign into Zoom at least 5 minutes before class starts so that you can have a chat with me (especially if you have any injuries or just want to catch up!).

  • During the practice, you are welcome to turn your video on, so that I can see you and provide you with specific guidance if necessary.

  • I will check in with online participants after the class, should you have any questions or concerns you can have a chat with me after the class.

  • If you cannot make it to livestream class, you will have access to the recording for 10 days!

  • Not a techie person? No worries, send me a text 0400 187 181 and I will organise everything from my end.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt

As we grow older, our bodies undergo a natural decrease in muscle mass, loss of bone density and our balance gets challenged! Incorporating weights into your yoga class can manage and even reverse age-related changes. Honouring our Slow Flow Yoga Class, combining the benefits of yoga with the benefits of strength and resistance training will elevate your practice and your mood! Light weights and resistance bands are used in this class, which you will need to bring yourself to this on-line yoga class. Start with light weights.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow is a combination of Gentle Flow and Hatha Yoga, designed to open your body, release tension and explore movement throughout your whole system, developing strength, stability, flexibility and energy. Think meditation in motion; a mindful flow that invites us to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, balance, and grace.

This class incorporates the magic yoga triad of breath work, focus + flexibility, creating a balance between a calm mind + a mobile body.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissue (fascia), your muscles, ligaments, and joints. It is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inwards and tune into both your mind and physical sensations of your body. This class consists of longer-held, passive floor poses, gentle breathwork and mindfulness. Long term benefits include improved range of motion, increased bone density, improvement to concentration and attention span and ease of joint function!

Perfect for every body!
