Welcome to Yoga with Miriam

Looking for a more intimate yoga experience? Join Miriam's small group yoga classes here in Glass House Mountains, our maximum is 6 students per class. This allows for a more personalised experience and greater attention given to your needs.

What do I bring?

All yoga props are provided, BYO yoga mat or borrow one. Bring a towel and water bottle.

Welcome to my boutique home studio in the Glasshouse Mountains. I offer a wide variety of yoga classes for all levels of experience, inclusive Pregnancy, and Baby + Me Yoga(coming soon)

If you are brand new to my studio, you may like to purchase my $10 Intro One Class Pass.

Upon entering the property, follow the pathway on the left hand side to the yoga studio.

On street parking is available.

You can book and pay for yoga classes, courses and memberships on the website via our online booking system or text Miriam 0400187181. Alternatively you can also pay via direct debit. Contact Miriam for details.

My studio address is at 10 Mittelstadt Road, Glasshouse Mountains.

The Glasshouse train station is 5 minutes away.

If you have your own mat, then please bring it along. Otherwise, you are welcome to borrow a mat whilst you are starting your practice and figuring out if you want to continue long-term.

After you have practised for a while, you might like to invest in your mat which may also encourage you to practice at home!

With regards to other props; straps, blocks, eye pillows, bolsters and blankets are provided in the studio. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Please arrive a minimum of five and a maximum of fifteen minutes before the class begins so you have time to set up and settle in your place.

Leave shoes outside the studio and place other belongings on the shelves in the studio to keep the floor as clear as possible for comfort and safety.

Remember to switch off / silence your phone.

Keep your teacher informed of any concerns you have or changes to your health.

Please stay for final relaxation (savasana), as this is where much of the benefit comes. However, if you need to leave class early, please do so before we start savasana.

Please follow the advice of your healthcare provider as to whether yoga practice is appropriate for your condition. We always offer alternative yoga poses and stretches to suit your condition.

We also recommend booking in for a private yoga session to assist with your rehabilitation.

  • Cancellations and reschedules done anytime UP TO 2 HOURS before the start of a yoga class will be granted. NO refunds for missing a booked class. All casual and 5-class pass holders will have one class deducted from their pass.

  • Classes can be cancelled online, via email or text.

Please note that my one day retreat has limited numbers so it allows for a more personable, intimate experience. Each retreat has a caterer which I pay in advance and some retreats will also include other teachers/facilitators. If you cancel 7 days before the retreat day you will be refunded 70%, if you cancel 3 days before the retreat you will be refunded 50%, any cancellation thereafter; our non-refundable cancellation policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of service and experience for all. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/ illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds for arriving late or leaving early is available.
