“When we bring the energy of the heart and the mind into alignment, truly great things can happen.”
- Miriam Van Doorn
Step into a space where you can truly connect - with yourself and with your body. Yoga is more than just movement, it's about finding your center. I teach small group classes and one-on-one yoga from my warm and inviting home studio, a little sanctuary in the serene and beautiful Glass House Mountains.
My passion is to teach yoga for deep relaxation, and for deep connection to self and spirit. I'm here to help you find your center and tap into your inner calm, find strength, improve balance, and peace of mind.
Find a community that feels like home, a place where the warmth is genuine and lasting connections are made.
“Learn to listen to the voice within yourself. Your body and mind will become one, and you will realise the unity of all things.”
— Dogen Zenji
