Each experience of menopause is unique. It can feel like a struggle or an adventure. You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, experience mood swings, disrupted sleep! The symptoms may be overwhelming and frustrating, and yet within this transition lies an opportunity to review where you are in life.
In this 6 week series we will use yoga, both slow flowing and longer restorative poses, breathwork and lying down meditation. You’ll learn how menopause affects your body and the key hormonal changes behind common symptoms. We’ll explore how to manage these changes and you’ll leave with a deeper understanding with practical strategies for relief and a renewed sense of confidence as you move into your second spring!
