6-week Meditation Course

Meditation is a powerful tool, proven to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood, increase confidence and enhance the ability to create and maintain healthy habits.

However, it can be difficult to know where to start! Learning to meditate is achievable and accessible to everyone and is a lifelong skill and pleasure.

I’ve created this Meditation Course as a perfect introduction to the world of meditation to help you create a personal meditation practice. You will learn about a variety of different types/ways to meditate, the benefits of each type and tips to help you find a regular practice to integrate into your life.

Each week you will receive comprehensive notes + link to audio meditations so you can keep practicing at home.

This course is about reconnecting with the person you’ve always been—beneath the noise, beyond the tension, and outside the cycle of constant doing. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to your practice after time away, these six weeks are designed to guide you gently and steadily toward greater presence, clarity, and peace. Each week, you’ll explore a new aspect of mindfulness and meditation—from breath awareness and body scanning to compassion practices and thought observation. You'll learn not just how to meditate, but why it matters—supported by group discussions, guided sessions, and simple techniques to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.

What to bring:

We supply everything, bring your own yoga mat/cushion if you want. Wear comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
