Slow Flow is a gentler, slower-paced yoga class where poses are held for longer periods, emphasizing mindful movement and deep breathing, making it ideal for beginners or those seeking a more meditative practice with a focus on alignment and deep stretching.

The slower pace allows you to feel into each movement, gaining a deeper understanding of your body – feeling each and every one of those tweaks and niggles that have been stacking up over time, and working to release them one by one. Slow flow yoga helps to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Please note, when purchasing a 10 class pass: Paid upfront for full 10-week term. One make-up class, per term, use your missed class in another class that is available in that term or use up your missed class in next term and only pay $145 for your next 10-week term pass. If you cancel your pre-booked term up to 48 hours prior to the course you will receive a refund minus admin fee of $25. Unfortunately, cancellation made within 48 hours of the start of the course will not be refunded for any change in your circumstance and cannot be transferred to another course.

Please note, when purchasing a one class or 5-class pass: If you have a one class or 5-class pass, unfortunately if you cancel less than 2 hours before the class starts you will forfeit that class.
