6 Week Beginners Yoga Course
New to yoga, recovering from an injury or you desire a gentle class or just want to get back to basics! ? No problem! Our 6-week beginner yoga course is the perfect place to start your journey. Miriam will guide you through the fundamental poses, teach you how to breathe properly and get you flowing through some simple yoga sequences in no time. We will guide you through each class with a smile so you will never feel intimidated or overwhelmed. Limited to 6 students so you get lots of attention.
You will gain a solid foundation of alignment to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice that you will treasure for a lifetime.

We supply everything, bring your own yoga mat if you want.
