Gentle Yoga

Yoga Basics is the perfect class for new yogis who want to learn the fundamental poses in yoga, senior students, and/or seasoned yogis who are craving a gentle practice or recovering from an injury. This class will incorporate gentle seated, kneeling, reclining, and standing poses that will nourish your body, slow your breath, and calm your mind while giving you a lovely full-body stretch. This is a beautiful class for those who enjoy a slow, mindful pace. It will build your strength and stamina, improve flexibility in a nurturing and supportive environment allowing space to explore and relax.
