Weights & Resistance Bands

For beginners, I recommend starting with 1 and 2 kilogram hand weights. Resistance bands come in various colours and tensions; I'd suggest beginning with a medium tension strap. (K-mart has cheap options to get you started)

Your very first class

You are most welcome to join even if you haven't purchased your dumbbells yet. This will give you a taste of the class and let's face it, some days we need to take a step back and leave the weights behind and just enjoy the yoga poses! The resistance bands work a treat, though again, you can give them a miss, however you will soon realise how amazing they are!

All levels are welcome, modifications are offered.
