Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga, think Deep Stretch - targets your deep connective tissue (fascia), your muscles, ligaments, and joints. It is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inwards and tune into both your mind and physical sensations of your body. This class consists of longer-held, passive floor poses, gentle breathwork and mindfulness. Long term benefits include improved range of motion, increased bone density, improvement to concentration and attention span and ease of joint function!
